• With the new windows 7, hibernating and putting your PC to sleep is much better. It has improved recovery speed as the performance of your hardware is also optimized.
• Allows a sneak preview of the applications that are currently on, as a lot of programs can be managed using the preview function. You can see what’s going on inside with thumbnail or full screen previews of open applications.
• Setting up a network is also a breeze. Connecting to a network, may it be a home network or a commercial network is made easier. Even wireless networks are easier to connect into. Of course these features are available if you have the proper hardware installed.
• Even the entertainment features of your computer will be optimized with windows 7. If you have a TV attachment in your computer windows 7 will automatically be able to access the hardware and make its use ready for the media center.

Windows 7 is optimized for better use on larger screens and on touch screens. With the improved features of the onscreen keyboard and other touch screen functions.

Web browsing will be easier since the new Windows 7 has the Internet Explorer 8 package included. With the Internet Explorer 8, browsing is faster, since you can easily and quickly save webpage slices and access them faster at a later time.
